TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.0 DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
1.1 “The Stylist or Consultant” refers to Annie Grace.
1.2 “The Client” refers to either a corporate entity or an individual seeking personal styling services.
1.3 “The Artist” refers to the person(s) designated by the Client to receive services from the Stylist.
1.4 “The Service” refers to the image and styling services provided by the Stylist to the Artist as booked by the Client.
1.5 “The Service Date” refers to the agreed-upon date for the provision of the Service.
1.6 “The Fee Quote” refers to the written estimate outlining the scope of services provided by the Stylist.
1.7 “Booking the Service” refers to the Client securing the service with the Stylist.
1.8 “Working Day” refers to any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a recognized public holiday in England.
2.0 BOOKING THE SERVICE
2.1 A booking with the Stylist will only be confirmed once the Client has accepted the Fee Quote and adhered to the payment terms.
2.2 If the Stylist is unable to provide services due to illness or injury, they will inform the Client promptly and make every effort to arrange an alternative date.
2.3 Confidentiality: Any materials or information shared during the provision of the service (e.g., mood boards) will remain confidential to the Stylist and any third parties involved. Additionally, other products and brand names may be registered trademarks or trademarks of their respective owners.
2.4 All garments provided by the Stylist as part of the service remain the property of the Stylist, the garment manufacturer, the garment supplier, or their representatives.
3.0 FEES & EXPENSES
3.1 The Stylist will issue a written Fee Quote based on the Client’s specific requirements for the service.
3.2 Expenses: Any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses for travel and accommodation incurred by the Stylist will be invoiced to and are payable by the Client.
4.0 INVOICES & PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Corporate Services: A deposit of 20% of the total Fee quoted will be invoiced and must be paid in advance to confirm the booking. The remaining 80% plus any reimbursable expenses will be invoiced within 7 working days after the event.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment for invoices must be made within 21 days from the date of receipt. A late payment interest fee of 3% per month will apply if payments are overdue.
4.3 Personal Services: A full payment of the quoted Fee is required in advance to confirm the booking. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or PayPal. Fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided by the Stylist.
5.0 WARRANTY
The Stylist warrants that the services will be performed with reasonable skill and care.
6.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Subject to the Client’s obligation to pay the Fees, each party’s liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount of the Fee quoted in the Fee Quote. The Stylist is not responsible for the quality of items or services purchased for the Client.
7.0 CANCELLATION OR CHANGES TO THE SERVICE DATE
Corporate Services:
- If the Client wishes to change the service date more than 7 days in advance, no charge will apply, and a new date will be arranged based on availability.
- Changes made less than 7 days prior to the service date will incur a re-arrangement fee.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the service date will result in a 50% refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made within 7 days will require full payment of the outstanding fee.
Personal Services:
- If the Client wishes to change the booking date more than 7 days before the service, no charge will apply, and a new date will be arranged.
- Changes made less than 7 days before the service will incur a re-arrangement fee.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will allow for an alternative date.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service will incur a re-arrangement fee.
8.0 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
The Stylist, its employees, sub-contractors, or agents will provide the services as independent contractors. This Agreement does not establish any employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the parties.
9.0 CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information received during the course of this Agreement. By accepting these terms, you agree not to disclose, duplicate, or use the information for any other purposes than those specified herein.
10.0 STYLING USAGE, BRAND LOANS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
10.1 All styling services and curated looks provided by the Stylist are for the exclusive use of the Client and/or designated Artist only. Styled outfits, looks, or combinations must not be transferred, shared, or worn by any third party without the prior written consent of the Stylist.
10.2 Any unauthorised use of styled looks by an individual other than the designated Artist shall be considered a variation of the agreed Service and may result in additional Fees.
10.3 Where garments or accessories are loaned, gifted, or sourced from third-party brands, the Client agrees to comply with all terms communicated by the Stylist in relation to such items.
10.4 The Client shall ensure that all loaned or sourced items are:
- Worn only as agreed
- Not worn, used, or featured by any third party
- Returned in the agreed condition and within the agreed timeframe
10.5 The Client shall be responsible for any loss, damage, misuse, or breach of third-party brand agreements relating to loaned or sourced items. This includes, but is not limited to, any charges imposed by the brand, including the full retail value of the item where applicable.
10.6 The Stylist shall not be held liable for any costs, claims, or losses arising from the Client’s failure to comply with agreed usage terms or third-party brand requirements.
10.7 Where the Service includes or relates to promotional activity, the Client agrees to fulfil any agreed content and promotional obligations, including tagging relevant brands and the Stylist where required.
10.8 Any use of styled looks beyond the scope outlined in the Fee Quote, including but not limited to additional wearers, events, or content usage, may result in additional Fees.
11.0 ADDITIONAL TIME & OVERAGE FEES
11.1 The Fee Quote is based on the agreed scope and time allocation for the Service.
11.2 Any additional time, requests, or changes outside of the agreed scope may result in additional Fees, which will be communicated and agreed where possible.
12.0 LOSS, DAMAGE & CARE OF ITEMS
12.1 The Client is responsible for the care and safekeeping of all items provided during the Service.
12.2 Any loss, theft, or damage to items must be reported immediately and may result in the Client being liable for repair or replacement costs.
